Website for business club (Board Canada)

About client

Board is a Ukrainian business club represented in five countries – Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, the United Arab Emirates, and Spain. Its primary objective is to unite like-minded entrepreneurs from Ukraine and worldwide, fostering a collaborative environment where expertise and experience are shared. With plans to establish a Toronto chapter in March 2023, a website is needed to facilitate this expansion.

Project goal

The objective is to develop a website for the Board Toronto Chapter, with the aim of engaging potential new members from Canada. The website should effectively communicate the various benefits of joining the club, provide details on the types of events held, and outline the criteria for becoming a new member.

Process explained

1. Our team conducted a thorough UX competitor analysis within the industry and subsequently developed a comprehensive structure for the website.
2. During the visual discovery phase, our team engaged in several key activities, including generating ideas and mapping them out, searching for relevant associations, defining a metaphor to guide the design process, and exploring various visual styles to determine the most appropriate approach for the website’s overall aesthetic.
3. We developed two distinct design concepts and presented them to the client for review and feedback to better understand their preferences and determine the most appropriate direction to pursue.
4. Following the design phase’s completion, our team supported the development process, ensuring that the final product met all expectations and was free of any bugs or errors.
