About client

Club Support Inc is a leading provider of IT services to a variety of clubs in Canada and the USA, including golf, yacht, and sports clubs. Their comprehensive range of services includes software installation (such as MS Office and accounting systems), as well as the implementation and support of IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi and video surveillance systems.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Club Support Inc holds a commanding 60% market share in Canada and has ambitious plans for expansion into the US market.

Project goal

The objective was to execute a redesign of the existing corporate website with the aim of achieving the following goals:

  • Enhancing the brand’s appearance to clients and vendors by adding significant value
  • Boosting site conversion rates, thereby increasing the number of leads
  • Supporting the company’s entry into the US market
  • Facilitating communication with clients through a dedicated blog section.

Process explained

  1. Our team conducted a thorough analysis of competitors operating within the industry. Whereupon, we created detailed wireframes for over 13 pages, and identified the key communication idea for the website.
  2. During the visual discovery phase, our team explored more than 6 design options before arriving at the most suitable one that effectively conveyed the metaphorical essence of the brand.
  3. Following the completion of the design concept search, we immediately commenced with finalizing all pages of the website. Our team designed a variety of pages, including the homepage, six service pages, an about page, a blog, and article pages, as well as technical pages such as legal, 404, and thanks pages. We also developed micro-animations and interactions to create a more emotionally engaging design, with the goal of delivering a truly “wow” user experience.
  4. After the completion of the design phase, our team provided support to the development process, ensuring that the final product met all expectations and was free of any bugs or errors.
