LEARNING PROCESS

What to expect when training with us

Led by Andriy Gubynskyi, Founder @Craft Innovations, MBA, visiting lecturer in CX and Innovation Management. With 10+ years of experience in fintech and UX, he has trained 500+ senior leaders in design thinking & service design.
1. First touch

The goal is to understand why you need a design thinking workshop or service design training in the first place.

We clarify the business challenge, innovation goals, team maturity, and decision constraints.

Sometimes a short masterclass is enough. Sometimes a deeper training program makes more sense.

Format is discussed upfront — online, offline, or hybrid.

Time to deliver:1-3 meetings
2. Objectives definition

We define what the team should achieve during the class or workshop. This may include:
– improving innovation capability
– learning structured design thinking methods
– solving a real service design challenge
– preparing an internal transformation initiative

Clear objectives prevent abstract training sessions with no application.

Time to deliver:1-3 days preparation
3. Gathering context

Before the workshop starts, we gather input. This may include:
– reviewing existing products or services
– analysing user feedback
– studying current customer journeys
– aligning with key stakeholders

If needed, we integrate existing research to ground the innovation work in real evidence.

Time to deliver:1-2 weeks
4. Learning phase

This is where design thinking becomes practical.

Sessions are structured but hands-on.

We combine short theory blocks with exercises focused on your real case.

Depending on the format, it may be:
– intensive 1–2 day workshop (offline or online)
– extended training program
– executive masterclass

AI-supported prototyping may be used to accelerate validation during the session.

Facilitated by Andriy Gubynskyi — Founder & CEO of Craft Innovations, CX/UX consultant, MBA, and visiting lecturer in CX & Innovation Management. He has trained 500+ senior leaders and entrepreneurs in design thinking and service design, with a strong focus on fintech and banking innovation.

Time to deliver:As scheduled
5. Final results

Teams leave with:
– structured problem framing
– prioritised ideas
– tested assumptions
– clear next steps

The focus is not inspiration. It is applied innovation.

Time to deliver:Immediate
6. Results evaluation & next steps

After the workshop or training, we review outcomes together.

We assess:
– clarity of decisions
– feasibility of concepts
– alignment with business KPIs

If needed, we plan follow-up sessions, deeper service design work, or usability validation.

Time to deliver:1-2 weeks after session
