Certain projects may not require every stage listed below. While we always customize our approach to your needs, the core logic of product usability testing service remains consistent. The necessity of each stage is discussed during the initial stages – via calls and emails.
1. First touch

Think of this step as an intro session with our usability consultant. The objectives are:

– define the business goals that need to be achieved
– get an understanding of the product and what data you already have (e.g. Google Analytics,

– agree on project deliverables
