The objectives are:

  • to design the audit strategy
  • to agree on project deliverables

02 — Preparation phase

At this stage, we prepare user test guides: logic, questions, and necessary technical tools. Define a user recruiting strategy, as well as dive deep into available user behavior analytics to get some insights and develop additional hypotheses for testing.

At this stage, we conduct moderate and unmoderated user tests, heuristic assessments, moccasins tests, or other types depending on the objectives and product.

One of the most important stages. We evaluate the results of the tests, systemize insights, rank them by the level of influencing user behavior and create a recommendation list of what should be improved.
